ACT 1039 - Dyslexia Screening and Intervention

During the 2016-2017 school year, the Farmington School District identified 96 students with characteristics of dyslexia and provided dyslexia interventions for these students using the Barton Reading and Spelling System. 

Additionally, 194 students were identified as needing Tier 1 reading interventions and were provided assistance through our Response to Intervention program. 

The Farmington School District utilized the following programs for dyslexia interventions during the 2016-2017 school year:
